- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
