TELE SALES EXECUTIVES - HYD.

 We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Build and maintain a customer database for follow-up and lead generation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during the sales process.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to customer inquiries effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role (1-3 years).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English and Kannada/Hindi.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and customer service principles.
