We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting talent across various roles, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential candidates, as well as collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment in India.
