The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and record management. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
