FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE- FEMALE / HYD. / 1-3 YRS.

 We are seeking a motivated and professional Front Office Executive with 0-3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests and staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.


Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and managers.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and catering arrangements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
  • Handle correspondence and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Support office management with various tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office management procedures.
