- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and managers.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and catering arrangements.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Handle correspondence and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Support office management with various tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
