Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telecaller Executive to join our sales team.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (experience in banking/DSA is preferred)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal fluency in the local language and/or English with a professional phone etiquette.
Persuasion & Negotiation: Proven ability to influence customer decisions and turn a "no" into a potential sale.
Resilience: Ability to maintain a positive attitude and stay motivated after facing repeated rejections.
Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of loan products, interest rates, and banking regulations.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Excel for data entry.
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to pitch personal loan products, qualifying leads based on eligibility criteria, and setting up appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate must be a persuasive communicator who can handle rejections and work toward daily conversion targets

Schedule: Standard 9-hour day shifts; may require occasional calls beyond office hours to reach high-intent prospects.
