Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge: Clearly and accurately explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of the banking products and services.
Sales Conversion: Effectively convert qualified leads into confirmed sales or loan applications by guiding them through the next steps.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
Coordination: Liaise with internal sales and processing teams to ensure a smooth and timely conversion of leads and application processing.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and communication adhere to banking regulations and company policies.
